Gaining close ties with FRC Team 226 Hammergeads, most of our mentors came from this team. For this season, we were able to gain access to their woodshop. Working with our hardware mentor, Akul, we were able to learn how to use the different machines like saw and drills.

Fabrication was proven to be a useful tool when building our delivery mechanism or the two bar linkage system. This was because of certain shapes and dimensions that required us to shape the object. With Akul's help and designing through CAD or sketching, we were able to understand what we wanted to be able to understand and do.
